Porsche 718 Spyder on HRE 305 Classic 3-Piece Forged Wheels

The Porsche 718 Spyder represents one of the purest modern sports cars ever produced. With its naturally aspirated flat-six engine, manual gearbox and lightweight chassis, every detail is engineered to maximize the connection between driver and road.

For this project, our client from Southern France wanted a timeless wheel design that would complement the elegant character of the Spyder without compromising its factory driving dynamics. After discussing several options, we helped select the iconic HRE 305 three-piece forged wheels and specified a custom 20-inch staggered fitment tailored specifically for this car.

The wheels feature satin charcoal centers, brushed clear outer lips and exposed stainless steel hardware, creating a refined finish that perfectly matches the Porsche’s understated appearance. Combined with the factory coilover suspension adjusted to a lower ride height, the result is a clean flush fitment that enhances the car’s proportions while preserving everyday drivability.

Every HRE wheel is built to order, allowing precise widths and offsets for each individual vehicle. This ensures not only exceptional aesthetics but also uncompromised performance and proper clearance throughout the suspension’s travel.
