The flow forming process maintains the integrity of the design, while also improving the grain-structure of the aluminum, creating a stronger, lighter, and considerably thinner forged-like rim barrel. Flow forming is the response to our market’s demand for lightweight wheels that are more durable and enhance the overall vehicle driving experience.

  • Utilizing Vossen’s state-of-the-art forged wheel factory and engineering team, the VFS-1 can be customized to nearly any 5-lug bolt pattern and a wide range of offsets, allowing for the perfect fitment for almost any car on the market.
  • The Vossen Forged factory has a state-of-the-art finishing facility, allowing for 8 additional custom finishing options for any set of Vossen Hybrid Forged, CV or VF Series wheels.
  • The Vossen VFS-1 is available in three different concave profiles. Flat, Deep and Mid profiles allow for extremely aggressive fitments for a wide range of makes and models.
